Kerry Levin

President

Kerry is internationally recognized as one of the country’s leading experts in design, construction, and development. He is founder and principal of Levin Associates Architects, a Chicago-based firm providing a unique blend of integrated building services for commercial and residential properties. He enjoys the reputation of the “Consultant’s Consultant,” serving hundreds of clients and industry professionals throughout the country.

Kerry is a 1976 High Honors graduate from the University of Illinois in Champaign/Urbana, holding architectural registrations in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Missouri, and Arizona. He is a member of both the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB), and the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Kerry has received numerous awards for design and construction, and has been regularly published in national and local newspapers and trade journals. He is a guest speaker for civic organizations, corporations, and professional associations, as well as a visiting university lecturer and regularly featured guest on radio and television shows. His belief that “Architecture blends Art, Science, and Economics” is carried out throughout all facets of the firm’s work.

Stephen Rebarchak

Real Estate Manager

Stephen holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from Lewis University. He has over thirty years of experience as a project manager dealing with all facets of the development, sale, leasing and management of all types of commercial and residential buildings. His accomplishments include the successful development of office buildings, corporate offices, financial institutions, restaurants, fitness centers and single family residences. Stephen’s current responsibilities include land and building acquisitions, sales and leasing, financial analysis and project work-outs.

Mamta Bhasin

Architectural Manager

Mamta earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from the Birla Institute of Technology in Ranchi, India. She spent several years as an architectural apprentice in New Delhi before moving to the United States and continuing her architectural development on the west coast, specializing in commercial and residential design. Mamta oversee’s our firm’s architectural, interior, and graphic design work, as well as construction coordination.

Marzena Piekarz

Construction Co-ordinator

Marzena is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of International Academy of Design and Technology with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design. She speaks Polish, English and conversational Spanish. She has received Prairie State Exam High Achievement Award, The Presidential Award for Education Excellence and seven consecutive semester honors. Since joining our company as an intern architect she has taken on the role of managing projects and onsite inspections. Marzena is skilled in architectural building planning (from hand drafting to advance model building) and various fine arts media..

John Priala

Maintenance Manager

John holds a bachelor’s degree in Management from the Romanian Academy of Management, and was involved in home remodeling and real estate sales for several years before joining our staff. John oversees all aspect of our building maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, hvac, carpentry, and other building trades.

Peter Schomp

Maintenance Technician

Peter works for the company as an assistant facility maintenance manager. He assists in all aspects of maintenance for all our buildings, including electrical, plumbing, hvac, carpentry, and other building trades.

Carl Diller

Accounting Manager

Carl oversees all office administrative functions, including Accounting, HR, Marketing, and MIS. Carl received his Certificate of Completion in Accounting from the Institute of Financial Education in Chicago, as well as continuing education courses in data processing and finance. Carl brings over 25 years experience in bookkeeping, accounting and MIS management with both large and small corporations.

Scott Krippes

Administrative Manager

After serving with the United States Army for 5 years, Scott has pursued a career in the field of property management and office administration. He has over 15 years experience in the admin field and in residential, commercial and operations management. Since joining our company, Scott has been involved in all aspects of property management functions and office administration. His responsibilities include regular website upkeep and maintenance, marketing, tenant accounting, clerical support and general office administration.
